Bar-Si-Le (Stung Treng)




Bar-si-le is a kind of fish that only have in Mekong River and we can find it just only in Stung Treng province in Cambodia. This fish we can cook without take out the scale. Because there scale so soft, has a lot of fish’s born and there meat fish so sweet…. so, we can say that it very nice.
